B2B wholesale terms & conditions Luna-Leena 2025
1. General
- 1.1 These terms and conditions are applicable to all agreements you conclude with Luna-Leena hereinafter referred to as Luna-Leena. By placing an order, you accept the general terms and conditions.
- 1.2 The agreement is concluded the moment Luna-Leena confirms your order by e-mail.
- 1.3 Luna-Leena is entitled to refuse an order, stating the grounds for doing so, or to attach special conditions to the delivery.

- 2.1 Luna-Leena is a registered trademark and listed as such in the trade register under number 74980017. VAT number: NL002103761B42
- 2.2 The office of Luna-Leena is based in The Hague (no shop address) at Wilgstraat 54, 2565 MC The Hague, The Netherlands.
- 2.3 You can reach the office on week days (Monday – Friday) from 9 am until 6 pm on the following phone number +31 (0)651916263 On Saturday and Sunday our office is closed.

3. Our product
- 3.1 All our products are designed in the Netherlands and produced by our teams in Nepal. Every product is handmade by women from Kathmandu. Our local teams make high quality crochet, macramé and eco-friendly paper products. Together, we are keeping this traditional handicrafts alive! Luna-Leena contributes to better life and working conditions for these women. They work together or individually from their own houses. Luna-Leena strives to further improve the daily circumstances of the production teams and to guarantee the high quality of our products.We do more than Fairtrade!
- 3.2 All Luna-Leena products are handmade. Therefore, each item is unique and may vary slightly in shape, size or color.
- 3.3 We use GOTS certified organic cotton when possible.
- 3.4 We do our utmost to ensure that our toys and products comply with our own high standards as well as the European and international legal standards. All toys are CE tested 0+
- 3.5 Considering the market segment of our products, we kindly request that you sell our products
- 3.6 Luna-Leena® is a brand and registered at BOIP. Our idesigns and products may not be copied.
4. Orders and prices
- 4.1 We ask our customers to take stock of our products. The minimum order amount is €150,- ex VAT
- 4.2 Please respect our packing quantities and minimum quantities. The packing quantities are per item and per color. Packed per 3 means 3 of the same color.
- 4.3 If articles are (temporarily) out of stock you will be notified immediately after having placed the order.
- 4.4 You can buy samples from us, wholesale price and shipping cost will be charged. For a sample order minimum packing quantities will apply.
- 4.5 Our suggested retail price = wholesale price x 2.3 / 2.4. This is how we secure equal prices at all sales points.
- 4.6 Wholesale prices in the B2B market are exclusive of 21% VAT. In the Netherlands we charge 21% VAT. In the EU we do not charge VAT with a valid VAT number. If you do not have a VAT number, we charge 21% VAT
- 4.7 B2B important: billing address + delivery address, valid VAT number and email address.
5. Transport
- 5.1 Our delivery terms are ex-works The Hague NL. Transport costs are charged for every order and will be calculated according to the delivery address.
- 5.2 For the EU-shipments we work with DPD or POST.NL
- 5.2 For shipments outside the European Union (EU), Luna-Leena will not be responsible for import duties, value added taxes, custom clearance charges and other unforeseen charges that may arise regarding customs. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay. The HS code of each product will be visible in the invoice. Country of origin: made in Nepal.
- 5.4 The delivery will be shipped in a used cardboard box with packing slip and without invoice. The invoice is sent separately by e-mail. Deliveries outside the EU are sent with an commercial invoice.
- 5.5 As soon as your order leaves, you will be informed about the delivery. We will send you the tracking number of our carrier with which you can follow the package.
- 5.6 The stated delivery times are not binding, but are an indication of the estimated delivery period. Luna-Leena is not liable for any damage caused by exceeded delivery periods.
- 5.7 If the carrier cannot deliver to ‘not present’ or package goes to delivery point and is not picked up after 1 week, the order will be returned to us. If you want the order to be resent, additional shipping costs will be charged..
- 5.8 Incorrect delivery addresses or delivery addresses lacking information are the responsibility of the buyer and may result in additional costs.
6. Payment
- 6.1 We work with proforma invoices; payments are always in advance. All deliveries will be sent after full payment of the proforma invoice.
- 6.2 For customers in the EU, please provide us with your VAT number. We only process orders that include a valid VAT number.
- 6.3 We only accept full payment. Additional bank costs will be at the customer’s expense.
- 6.4 We accept wire transfers and Paypal
- 6.5 For Paypal payments the fee is 6.0% of the total invoice amount.
- 6.6 Bank checks are not accepted and will be returned to you. Sending checks will only delay your delivery.
7. Reclamations
- 7.1 Reclamations concerning the delivery have to be submitted within 8 days after having received the order. If you receive an incorrect article, an article containing hidden faults or an incorrectly delivered order, please contact us by e-mail and if necessary include a picture of the product. After given approval, we will ask you to return the article in an unused state, undamaged and in the original packing accompanied by the order number. Luna-Leena will replace the article and send it to you without any additional charges. We will also take care of the return.
- 7.2 If you notice that the packaging of your parcel is damaged before opening it, please contact Luna-Leena immediately and include a picture of the damaged packaging.
- 7.3 We do not accept the cancellation of and/or returning of items once received. We are not able to take back unsold pieces.
- 7.4 Luna-Leena always tries to solve problems or complaints in consultation with the customer and in the best possible manner.
8. Force majeure
- 8.1 The obligations of Luna-Leena will be suspended in a situation involving force majeure. Situations that involve force majeure e.g. are strikes, illness among personnel, disruptions in transport and import/export bans, irrespective whether this occurs at Luna-Leena or the suppliers of Luna-Leena.
- 8.2 If the period of force majeure is longer than two months, both you and Luna-Leena are entitled to cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation.
